Our 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom vacation home can comfortable accommodate up to 14 people! This rental home has attained the prestigious "Grand" status for having an upgraded professional furniture package and electronics throughout the home. We provide a fully stocked kitchen that also has marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The private pool will provide hours of fun in the Florida sun. Free hi-speed WIFI and a washer and dryer are included for added convenience.
Bedroom set up: King master suite, 2 Queen bedrooms, Bedroom with 2 twin beds, Bedroom with 1 twin over full bunk bed, including twin trundle, and a Sofa Bed.
Fresh towels and linens are provided.
We also provide a pack n play and high chair for you.
== ABOUT OUR RENTAL POLICIES ==
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book
- Submission of Photo ID or Passport may be required (simply upload into Guest Experience portal)
- Rental Agreement required for each booking (sent by email and text to be signed electronically by primary renter)
Pool heat is currently not working. We are actively working to resolve the issue.
The Grill is NOT NCLUDED in your reservation for this property.
BBQ- One time fee of $50 to clean after your usage. Please let us know if you'd like to take advantage of this amenity once paid we will text you the code for the lock. We do not provide the propane tank. It can be refilled at the nearest gas station near the home
Toiletries and Household Items: We provide a starter pack for each reservation (including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish tabs, laundry detergent pods, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion). Any further items needed will need to be provided by the guest.
NO SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES: We will not refund any monies should a guest decide to shorten their stay. Guest is responsible for payment of all nights confirmed, regardless of guest's late arrival or early departure date. No shows, late arrivals and early departures will be charged the full amount for the entire reserved stay.
LATE CHECK OUT/EARLY CHECK IN: Check in time is 4pm, Check out time in 10am. These times are STRICT due to our operation schedule. Guests who do not check out of the property by 10am are subject to a $150.00 fine. Also, guests who arrive to the property prior to 4pm are subject to a $150.00 fine. Any check in/check out times other than 4pm and 10am MUST be approved by De Paula Realty.
NO PETS: No Pets are allowed. A $250 per pet fee will be charged if there is any report of pet hair on bedding and sofas. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period.
NO SMOKING: No Smoking is allowed in any of the properties and there may be a fine imposed ($450 charged to your credit card) or immediate removal from the property.
MINIMUM AGE: We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
PROPERTY DAMAGE: If you damage the property you will be charged accordingly. If any issues should arise, please be sure to contact us IMMEDIATELY.
CLEANING: The departure cleaning fee will also be required on all reservations and will be applied to each property booked. If a guest is staying more than one month in the same rental unit, the fee will only be charged on the final month. A thorough cleaning of the property will be carried out before and after occupancy. It is expected that you will leave the property in a reasonably clean and orderly condition. Guests will be charged for any damage, loss or breakage in the homes or on the premises during your stay, including stolen items. If you have not vacated the unit before the cleaning crew arrives, and they are unable to clean the unit, you will be assessed an additional extra night. There is no daily maid service. You can always add services during your stay for additional charge.
